Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of Apple.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and develop insights to guide future social media campaigns.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with customers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote upcoming products, events, and initiatives through dynamic online content.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, optimizing performance as necessary.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, technology, and best practices to ensure Apple remains an industry leader in digital marketing.
- Engage in regular brainstorming sessions to enhance our campaigns and maintain an exciting social media presence.
- Coordinate with influencers and establish partnerships that amplify our outreach and brand recognition.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for social media engagement and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the tech industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and advertising techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
